Cookie was incredibly responsive and supportive during our process. From the first, she was genuine and honest with her opinions and recommendations. She was also thrilled to help us work with our home making us feel that she valued our home as much as we did. She provided insight and support as we decided to sell the home, start listing the home, and consider offers through the process. She went the extra mile in all that she did from multiple open houses and flyers, to presentations to her team, supporting us while on her and our vacations, and also working to setup Docusign to make the paperwork a breeze. Cookie really made it easy to go through the process especially when my husband and I were living in separate cities why selling the home. Even when we were struggling to decide on an early offer, and work through low appraisals, she was honest and provided lots of data and information to support her opinions as we discussed the matter. Cookie Drummond is the best real estate agent ever! She marketed and sold our old home, negotiating with a difficult buyer (and the buyer's overzealous parents) all the while negotiating with an even more difficult seller on our new home. No challenge was too great for Cookie (trust me, whatever could go wrong, did!) and she guided us through the entire process with her positive attitude, calming nature and most of all, EXPERIENCE. I never had a good experience with a real estate agent, UNTIL I met Cookie. Now we are in our dream home by the water and our little girl has the best schools in Maryland! If we ever decide to buy or sell again, we will only work with Cookie! And by the way, we gave Cookie 60 days in our contract to sell and buy our homes - she did it in 59 !!!!!!!!!!
